1. I make an order, how long will the product last?

We use Pos Laju courier service in delivering products. Delivery time varies by destination. Usually the delivery period for Peninsular Malaysia is 1-3 working days and 3-5 days for Sabah and Sarawak.

2. What is the acceptable medium of payment?

We accept payments from all local banks, ATM transfers, cash deposits, bank deposits, internet banking and Paypal. All payment methods are safe.


3. I have paid but why my order has not been processed yet?

The order process will take 24-72 hours for each order. If the period is over and your order has not been processed we usually have not received any proof of payment from the customer, especially for those who make manual payments via cash deposit or online transfer. Proof of payment must be sent via the “Payment Notification” form provided on the website or email immediately to dianthatg@gmail.com.


4. What if the item I ordered was mistaken or damaged?

If the item reaches you is incorrect, we will replace the item with the correct item and the cost of the postage will be borne by us. If the goods received are not satisfactory due to damage (torn or dirty only) you may return the item provided it has not been worn, washed, modified, ironed and the goods label is still in good condition and must be made within three (3) days From the date the item was received. You can also choose other options: – 1) You can re-order based on the item Same, or 2) You can re-order for other items but at the same price.


5. How to make a purchase through a website?

You can refer to the purchase method in our website www.dianthatg.com on the Customer’s Guide menu> How to Buy

6. How to cancel my order?

You just need to notify us by email at dianthatg@gmail.com along with your username and order ID

7. How do I know the status of the order?

You can check the status of the order in “Orders” tab at “My Account” dashboard on website www.dianthatg.com. . If you make a payment by manual banking method, the order status will be placed as “On Hold”, however the payment must be proved by proof of payment before your order is processed.

8. How will the tracking number be given to me?

The tracking number or parcel tracking number will be received through “My Account” dashboard within “Orders” tab. Please check within 24 hours after payment is made. If you do not receive it within the time frame, please inform us immediately.
